Purpose
TabGang is a free web service for splitting shared expenses within a group of friends.
Terms of use
Use TabGang lawfully and in good faith. Do not log other people’s data without reason, do not try to break or overload the service and do not use it for illegal purposes. We may limit or delete content that breaks these rules.
Liability
Balances are calculated from what the group logs. Check them before paying: we are not responsible for mistakes in the data entered or for payments between users. We try to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it without interruptions.
Intellectual property
The TabGang name, logo, design and code belong to the holder. Expense data belongs to whoever logs it.
Law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. Where consumer law allows it, the courts of Murcia have jurisdiction.
